Epoxy coated aluminum screen mesh is made by using the principle of electrostatic spraying to absorb eco-friendly epoxy resin powder on the surface of the aluminum wire mesh, after a certain time of high temperature curing, the epoxy resin powder is melted and covered on the aluminum mesh, so a dense protective layer is formed.

Weather Corrosion Resistance: Meets ASTM B117-09 salt spray test standard, with no changes after continuous 96-hour testing.
Strong Adhesion: Passes H grade pencil test, 1kg/50cm impact test, scratch test, and anti-fatigue test.
High Bending Resistance: Can be folded through a steel rod with a radius of curvature of 1mm without surface cracks.
Soft Mesh Surface: Industrial selected high-quality steel and wire drawing annealing process, combined with new weaving process, results in a soft mesh surface with low elastic modulus.
Easy to Process: After coating, it's easy to fold and shape, with firmly bonded warp and weft wires that are not easy to fall off after processing.
Durable Edges: Edges will not fall off after slitting and cutting.
