Jiushen stainless steel window screen is precision-woven window screen mesh for reliable insect protection, ventilation and long-term dimensional stability. Available in stainless steel 201, 304, 304L, 316 and 316L, it is suitable for window and door manufacturers, screen distributors, building contractors, property developers and agricultural projects requiring a stronger alternative to conventional soft insect screening.

Stainless steel screening combines insect control with the strength, corrosion resistance and shape retention of woven metal wire. It allows air and natural light to pass through while limiting the entry of mosquitoes, flies, wasps and other common insects.

Mesh count describes the number of openings per linear inch in the warp and weft directions. Wire diameter affects strength, visibility, airflow and the final weight of the screen. A higher mesh count is not automatically better; the correct combination depends on the target insect, required visibility and expected physical contact.

Heavy-duty stainless steel mesh may improve resistance to impact, cutting and deformation. However, burglary resistance, fall protection and other safety performance depend on the complete assembly, including the frame, fasteners, locks and installation method. The mesh should not be described as a certified security system unless the complete system has passed the required project tests.

Jiushen operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Inspection records and traceability information are organized by order so that material, production and finished-product data can be reviewed when required.
Inspect the raw material. Stainless steel wire can be checked using a spectrometer, micrometer and universal tensile testing equipment. Raw material spools are identified and managed by order.
Control the weaving process. Production follows order instructions and a three-level inspection system covering operator self-inspection, monitoring inspection and workshop-supervisor inspection.
Check mesh flatness and uniformity. Semi-finished mesh is inspected for irregular openings, arching, bubbling and surface deformation.
Inspect the finished roll. Mesh count, width, length, aperture, mesh surface, coating and appearance are checked according to the order specification.
Create traceability records. Supplier, product, equipment and production information can be linked to the order number and reflected in order files or packaging labels.
Available testing equipment includes a spectrometer, micrometer, universal tensile tester, salt spray tester, impact tester, anti-fatigue tester and optical magnification equipment. AISI 304 is suitable for most general residential and commercial applications. AISI 316 provides improved resistance to chloride corrosion and is usually the better choice for coastal buildings, pool areas and other salt-exposed environments.
Common insect-screen configurations include 16 × 16, 18 × 16 and 18 × 18 mesh. A 22 × 22 mesh has smaller openings and may be selected for smaller insects, but the finer opening can affect airflow. Selection should consider the target insect, wire diameter and required ventilation together.
Heavy-duty stainless steel mesh provides greater resistance to cutting, impact and deformation than standard insect screening. However, certified security performance depends on the complete frame, fasteners, locks and installation system. Mesh alone should not be treated as a certified anti-burglary or fall-protection system.
