However, burglary resistance, fall protection and other safety performance depend on the complete assembly, including the frame, fasteners, locks and installation method. Jiushen operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Inspection records and traceability information are organized by order so that material, production and finished-product data can be reviewed when required.
Inspect the raw material. Stainless steel wire can be checked using a spectrometer, micrometer and universal tensile testing equipment. Raw material spools are identified and managed by order.
Control the weaving process. Production follows order instructions and a three-level inspection system covering operator self-inspection, monitoring inspection and workshop-supervisor inspection.
Check mesh flatness and uniformity. Semi-finished mesh is inspected for irregular openings, arching, bubbling and surface deformation.
Inspect the finished roll. Mesh count, width, length, aperture, mesh surface, coating and appearance are checked according to the order specification.
Create traceability records. Supplier, product, equipment and production information can be linked to the order number and reflected in order files or packaging labels.

AISI 304 is suitable for most general residential and commercial applications. AISI 316 provides improved resistance to chloride corrosion and is usually the better choice for coastal buildings, pool areas and other salt-exposed environments.
Common insect-screen configurations include 16 × 16, 18 × 16 and 18 × 18 mesh. A 22 × 22 mesh has smaller openings and may be selected for smaller insects, but the finer opening can affect airflow. Selection should consider the target insect, wire diameter and required ventilation together.
Heavy-duty stainless steel mesh provides greater resistance to cutting, impact and deformation than standard insect screening.
